The Role:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Business development and outbound sales
  • Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Working within a high-performance, target-driven environment
  • Becoming a specialist within your market
