The Role:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Building and managing client relationships
- Business development and outbound sales
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working within a high-performance, target-driven environment
- Becoming a specialist within your market

- Degree educated preferred but not essential
What’s On Offer:
- £27,000 - £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £45,000+ Year 1, 70-90k+ Year 2, 100K+ Year 3
