What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
  • Conducting interviews and qualifying candidates
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Hitting targets and earning commission from day one

  • Background in sports (team or individual at a competitive level)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious
  • Strong communication skills and confidence
  • Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Sales experience is a bonus but not required
