What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
- Conducting interviews and qualifying candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Hitting targets and earning commission from day one
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in sports (team or individual at a competitive level)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious
- Strong communication skills and confidence
- Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Sales experience is a bonus but not required
