About the Role

As an Executive Search Recruiter, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants to identify and engage senior-level talent for some of the most prestigious businesses in the market. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior consultants on retained executive search assignments
- Identifying and mapping senior talent across target markets
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Building relationships with high-calibre candidates and clients
- Managing candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process
- Learning consultative sales, headhunting, and business development skills
- Becoming a specialist in your chosen market sector
What we’re looking for:
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Highly ambitious with strong communication skills
- Confident speaking with senior professionals and stakeholders
- Target-driven, resilient, and financially motivated
- Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in executive search / headhunting
