Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting senior consultants on retained executive search assignments
• Identifying and mapping senior talent across target markets
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Building relationships with high-calibre candidates and clients
• Managing candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process
• Learning consultative sales, headhunting, and business development skills
• Becoming a specialist in your chosen market sector

What we’re looking for:

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Highly ambitious with strong communication skills
• Confident speaking with senior professionals and stakeholders
• Target-driven, resilient, and financially motivated
• Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in executive search / headhunting
