Graduate Recruitment Consultant

The Role

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll source and engage top financial services professionals, develop strong client and candidate relationships, and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

What You'll Do

• Source and engage high-quality financial services professionals.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

• Manage interviews, offers, and placements.

• Identify new business opportunities and support account growth.

• Work towards individual and team performance targets.

• Ambitious, motivated, and commercially minded.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Resilient with a proactive approach.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
