About the Role

The Role

Working with experienced consultants, you'll source and engage top fintech talent, build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement.

What You'll Do

  • Source and engage high-calibre fintech professionals.

  • Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Manage interviews, offers, and placements.

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Resilient with a positive, commercial mindset.

  • Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
