What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with candidates and clients

  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

  • Developing new business opportunities

  • Negotiating offers and placements

  • Working towards achievable targets and earning commission

  • Building your own network and personal brand within your market
