Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

We're working with a range of leading white collar recruitment agencies across London who are looking for ambitious graduates and sales professionals to join their teams as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience? No problem. If you're driven, competitive and enjoy building relationships, our clients will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

The Role

• Source and interview high-quality candidates.

• Build relationships with clients and candidates.

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Develop new business and grow client accounts.

• Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate or previous sales/customer-facing experience (not essential)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Competitive, resilient and target-driven.

• Motivated by career progression and financial rewards.
