Salary: £29,000 basic + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £45,000+

We're hiring Graduate and Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across a range of professional white-collar markets. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear route to promotion based entirely on your performance.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage talented professionals across specialist markets
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial briefing to placement
- Prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers
- Build your own network and establish yourself as a market specialist
This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where no two days are the same and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

- Degree preferred but not essential
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, estate agency, or customer-facing experience is advantageous

Earning Potential
