Graduate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant 📍 London | Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

I’m currently partnering with a growing recruitment agency in London that is looking to bring on a driven Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant as part of their ongoing expansion.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the link between clients and candidates, managing the full hiring process while building long-term relationships. You’ll be working in a sales-driven environment where performance is rewarded and progression is merit-based.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing methods
• Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent
• Qualifying candidates through calls and interviews
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
• Negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates
• Working towards individual revenue and activity targets
