What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Managing candidate relationships from initial contact through to placement
- Building and developing client relationships
- Writing and advertising job roles
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or individuals with strong sales/customer-facing experience
- Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven, resilient, and financially motivated
- Competitive mindset (sports, sales, or academic achievements are a plus)
- Eager to learn and progress quickly
