The Role

• Sourcing and interviewing engineering professionals.

• Building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive business development.

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and placement.

• Becoming a market specialist within your chosen engineering niche.

• Working towards individual and team revenue targets.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years' commercial experience.

• Highly ambitious with a strong desire to build a successful career.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Resilient, driven and self-motivated.

• Competitive individuals who enjoy working towards goals.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or competitive sport is advantageous but not essential.

What's on Offer

• £27,000–£30,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000–£45,000+.
