Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a market-leading recruitment business, is looking to hire ambitious individuals to join their growing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. They are particularly interested in candidates from competitive backgrounds, including sport, sales, hospitality, customer service, and business development.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Source and interview candidates for a range of positions.

  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.

  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process.

  • Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission.

  • Become an expert within your specialist market.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in sport, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other target-driven environments.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong work ethic and resilience.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Degree educated is advantageous but not essential.
