We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in recruitment. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

  • Write and post job adverts

  • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end

  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Resilience and a positive attitude

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
