About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building relationships with clients and candidates across professional industries.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will support your development, giving you the tools and training needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and professional candidates

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals

• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews

• Match candidates to suitable vacancies

• Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process

• Develop new business opportunities with prospective clients

• Build and manage your own client portfolio

• Negotiate offers and manage placements

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

• Keep recruitment systems and candidate records up to date

No previous recruitment experience is required.
