Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
London | £29,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | £45,000+ OTE Year 1

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across professional white-collar markets. They’re looking for ambitious graduates and sales-minded individuals to join their London team and develop into high-performing recruitment consultants.
What you'll be doing
Recruitment is a mix of sales, networking and problem-solving. You'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with candidates and senior professionals
- Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
- Identifying and approaching candidates through headhunting and networking
- Taking vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
- Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client meetings
- Managing offers, negotiations and the closing process
- Developing your own network and becoming an expert within your chosen market

You don't need recruitment experience. More important is your attitude and ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
