We're looking for driven graduates to join an ambitious recruitment business in London. No previous recruitment experience is needed – just the right attitude, a competitive streak and the motivation to build a successful career.

Recruitment is a fast-moving, sales-focused industry where no two days are the same. You'll learn how to win clients, build relationships, negotiate deals and identify the best talent in your market. The harder you work, the more you can earn.

The role

• Develop new business relationships and bring on clients

• Source, approach and interview candidates

• Match candidates to suitable opportunities

• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer

• Negotiate fees and salaries to secure placements

• Build your own network and develop a specialist market

• Work towards targets and earn commission on your results

Sales experience is useful, but certainly not essential. Personality, attitude and drive matter far more.

The package

• £28,000 basic salary

• Uncapped commission

• £40,000+ first-year OTE
