Key Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Write and post job adverts to attract high-quality applicants

Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
