No prior recruitment experience is required, just strong communication skills, resilience, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Write and post job adverts to attract high-quality applicants

• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
