The Role:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building and managing client relationships
Business development and outbound sales
Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Working within a high-performance, target-driven environment
Becoming a specialist within your market

Financially motivated individuals
Confident, articulate and driven candidates
Sales, sport, customer-facing or leadership experience is advantageous
Degree educated preferred but not essential

£27,000 - £30,000 base salary
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £45,000+ Year 1, 70-90k+ Year 2, 100K+ Year 3
