We're looking for motivated individuals to join our client's growing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No previous recruitment experience is required, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build relationships with clients and candidates

Source and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and networking

Advertise vacancies and manage applications

Match candidates with suitable opportunities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts

Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

Work towards individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission
