What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships with clients and candidates

• Source and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and networking

• Advertise vacancies and manage applications

• Match candidates with suitable opportunities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

• Work towards individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission
