The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced consultants and industry leaders, you'll learn how to identify top talent, build relationships with senior professionals and advise businesses on their hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates across Technology, Finance and FinTech markets

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls

• Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to placement

• Support business development and client acquisition activities

• Develop expertise within a specialist market sector

• Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the hiring process

• Track market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates
