The Opportunity
Joining an established recruitment consultancy, you'll receive industry-leading training, work with experienced recruiters, and develop into a trusted recruitment consultant within your specialist market.
You'll be responsible for:

Building relationships with clients and candidates.

Sourcing high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.

Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement.

Developing new business opportunities and growing long-term client relationships.

Negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Becoming a market specialist within your chosen sector.
