London | £26,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | £40,000+ OTE Year One

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates across professional white-collar markets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging top talent
- Building and developing client relationships
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advising candidates throughout the interview process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a market expert within your specialist sector
