Graduate Executive Search Consultant
£35,000 Base Salary + Bonuses | London

You’ll receive extensive training, work alongside experienced consultants and quickly develop the skills needed to build your own market, network and client relationships.
The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Researching specialist markets and mapping senior talent
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Building relationships with senior professionals
- Working on retained executive search assignments
- Developing a deep understanding of your specialist market
- Supporting experienced consultants on live searches
- Progressing towards managing your own searches and client relationships
