Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team.

No previous recruitment experience is required. They are looking for individuals with drive, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships with FinTech clients and high-calibre technology professionals.

• Source and interview candidates

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from business development through to offer management.

• Become a market expert within a rapidly evolving and highly lucrative sector.

• Work closely with innovative start-ups and leading financial institutions.

• Graduate calibre or previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or sport.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Competitive, ambitious and financially motivated individuals.

• Interest in technology, financial markets or FinTech.
