The Opportunity
Joining an established recruitment consultancy, you'll receive industry-leading training before building your own specialist desk within the white-collar recruitment market.
Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with clients and candidates.

Sourcing professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards and AI-powered recruitment technology.

Managing recruitment processes from initial conversations through to successful placements.

Developing new business opportunities.
-
Negotiating offers and advising clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Becoming a recognised specialist within your market.

Salary & Benefits

£27-30,000 basic salary

Realistic Year 1 OTE of £35,000–£45,000
