The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

Recruit technology professionals across some of the UK's fastest-growing markets.

Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools and premium job boards.

Develop new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Become a trusted specialist within your technology market.
Who They're Looking For

Graduates from any degree discipline.

Individuals with a competitive sporting background (team or individual sports).

Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.

Resilient, ambitious and target-driven personalities.

Sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
No recruitment experience is required, our client hires for attitude and trains for skill.
What You'll Receive

£27,000–£30,000 basic salary.

Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000 Year 1).
