The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Recruit technology professionals across some of the UK's fastest-growing markets.

• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools and premium job boards.

• Develop new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Become a trusted specialist within your technology market.

Who They're Looking For

• Graduates from any degree discipline.

• Individuals with a competitive sporting background (team or individual sports).

• Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.

• Resilient, ambitious and target-driven personalities.

• Sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous.

No recruitment experience is required, our client hires for attitude and trains for skill.

What You'll Receive

• £27,000–£30,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000 Year 1).
