An exciting opportunity to break into recruitment with a specialist consultancy operating across the technology and financial markets.

Our client works with some of the world's leading investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms and fintech businesses, helping them attract exceptional talent across highly specialised areas of technology and quantitative finance.

They're looking to recruit an ambitious graduate or aspiring salesperson to join their growing team. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced consultants and have the opportunity to build your own desk in a lucrative and fast-moving market.

What will you be doing?

• Building relationships with senior professionals across the technology and financial services markets.

• Head-hunting and engaging high-calibre candidates for specialist roles.

• Developing new client relationships and identifying business opportunities.

• Managing the recruitment process from initial introduction through to successful placement.

• Learning to understand complex markets and becoming a specialist in your chosen area.
