The Role

• Developing relationships with clients and candidates across the technology and financial services sectors.

• Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking and market research.

• Building your own candidate network and developing relationships with senior professionals.

• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver against vacancies.

• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversations through to successful placements.

• Generating new business opportunities and developing your own client relationships over time.

• Working towards individual targets, with the opportunity to build a highly lucrative desk.
