Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | London

Our client is looking for ambitious, competitive individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Operating within the legal recruitment market, they partner with law firms and legal businesses to help them attract and secure top talent. They're offering the opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced sales environment, where you'll develop valuable commercial skills, build your own client base and have the chance to earn exceptionally well.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Our client is more interested in your attitude, resilience and desire to succeed than your previous experience.

The Role

You'll receive comprehensive training and learn how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including:

• Identifying and approaching talented legal professionals

• Building relationships with law firms, clients and candidates

• Generating new business and winning clients

• Managing vacancies and coordinating interview processes

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Developing your own specialist market and building a successful desk

A background in sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
