Our client is looking for ambitious, sporty individuals to join their London office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

No previous recruitment experience is needed. Full training will be provided.

What Does the Role Involve?

Recruitment is a fast-paced sales career where you'll be responsible for building relationships, developing business and making deals happen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing client relationships.

• Sourcing, interviewing and headhunting candidates.

• Managing vacancies and coordinating interviews.

• Negotiating salaries and closing deals.

• Building your own network of clients and candidates.

• Working towards targets and generating revenue.
